We are grateful to Chip In Batavia for generously supporting our Adult Disability Prom by providing dresses for our attendees. Dress donations begin February 1, and we encourage the community to donate through Chip In Batavia, as many of these dresses will directly support our community prom. In addition, we are collecting men’s suits and tuxedos, especially formal or fancy menswear. All men’s suits should be delivered directly to Valley Sheltered Workshop, 325 Main Street, Batavia. A heartfelt thank you to Chip In Batavia for all they do for the Batavia community. Please continue to check our website for updates, including the announcement of our dress giveaway and try-on day.

We extend our sincere thanks to the Batavia Moose Riders for their generosity and support of Hollywood Prom. By donating the venue and helping provide food for the evening, they are making this special night possible. We are also grateful for their presence throughout the event, offering hands-on support and stepping in wherever help is needed. Thank you, Moose Riders, for showing up for our community and helping create a welcoming, memorable night for all.
